Mango Lassi recipe

Ingredients:

3 cups of plain yogurt.
1 cup of milk.
1 cup of water.
1 cup of mango pulp.
½ cup of sugar.

1 oz of ground pistachios.

Directions:

In a pitcher, combine all ingredients except the pistachios.

Whisk briskly until completely mixed; then chill.

To serve, pour over crushed ice; then sprinkle ground pistachios over top.
